Did you know that studies have showed roughly 4% of the population provides feedback on their experiences in retail establishments and other service providers? And, the #1 reason most people in that 4% speak up is because they want to support a business and encourage others to do so; or, in the event the service or product was less than desirable, they want to give that business the opportunity to improve, so they can feel comfortable coming back. After those things, sometimes, you just need to sound the alarm and let the "world" know who to avoid, or at least approach with caution. Needless to say, I am in that 4%. My goal is to deliver praise, praise, praise!! Because too often, only the negatives are shared and/or remembered. Occasionally an experience is so noteworthy in a non-positive way, it needs to be included; however, generally you'll find I'm spreading the good word. I believe people care. Not all of them, but many of them. And I believe it is worth the effort to speak up, and to share positives as often as possible. Never underestimate the power of the written word!! Please enjoy!
