Good copy gets the job done! For this ad, the fun is in the double entendre of the title, a little wink-wink.
The ad itself is very basic: "Laminate, black with blue drawers and silver pulls. Part of an estate, must go quickly. Bring cash, price is OBO. Located near corner of S Rainbow and Tropicana." With non-eyecatching items about which there isn't a whole lot to say, that fun title might just pull in your buyer!
In recent years I've noticed Facebook Marketplace has taken its seat at the head of the table in resale of used items. Other sites also do well, but Marketplace appears to have all but replaced the once go-to Craigslist in this realm. One thing I really enjoy about such sites is the ability to use them in any market. For this item, I was in Las Vegas liquidating an estate. As you can see, it is SOLD.
